WE ARE A TEAM OF DRIVEN, HARDWORKING CARPENTERS
OUR PAST
Owned and operated by two lifelong friends; Sam Saunders and Dustin Brooks. Growing up in the Black Diamond, Alberta area they have been working in the carpentry field since 2004.

Dustin completed his Red Seal designation from SAIT while Sam received his from BCIT while he lived in British Columbia.
​
Sambrook Builders was formed in 2015 with the desire to set the standard for carpentry companies in Alberta.
OUR PRESENT
We have grown from a team of two to a team of 35+ carpenters striving to be a leader in the carpentry industry. Offering precision, efficiency and quality on every project we complete.
Our team has worked on everything from small single family homes, to large multi-family townhomes, to 8,000 sq. ft custom homes and everything in between.

Building multi-family townhome projects is different than single family homes. There are more moving parts and more planning, which can lead to delays in completing your project.
With years of experience framing townhomes of all sizes, we do our part to ensure the project is delivered on time.
HOME FOUNDATIONS
​
Building a good foundation requires more than just digging a hole and pouring concrete into forms.
​
The entirety of the building is constructed on top of that foundation. The foundation is an integral part of any home and represents a significant investment.
